All true except your claim that 'all' fasting authorities from the past have proved the no exercise theory to be true. And I certainly know of fasting practitioners today who advocate exercising also. And I would not say boredom and other symptoms are a small price to pay if they are tough enough on a person to break their fast prematurely if that could be avoided by an enervating activity. But without my evidence in front of me I will have to discontinue this debate until I have more referable knowledge. :)
