I hear ya - I lament my own inability to practice what I preach when it comes to only consuming organic foods. One thing that I highly recommend is plant derived trace minerals. I know of some pretty miraculous recoveries from serious conditions like Crohn's for example, that used such plant minerals, along with colloidal silver and a product called OxyGen.
The more of your nutrition you get from foods, the better - just as nature intended. And when you reach for something extra to make sure, the closer you can get to natural the better too.
