Free market capitalism is simply capitalism in it's natural free state. It's like asking where is all the pure water (H2O)? It's all around you, it simply just gets mixed up with salt and other things. Underneath it all though is pure water (H2O) at root. The forces of natural capitalism are all around you as well and like (H2O) they are also just mixed with other forces. The less regulation and government you have though the more pure the natural market becomes. This is why countries that push further toward pure liberal capitalism (not fascism) gain massive growth and progress. It is why America became so powerful in it's early birth and why now, as it moves away toward fascism and socialism, it slips. It is also why India and China become more prosperous daily as they embrace natural markets more and more instead of it's opposite communism. They still have a long way to go and America has a long way to go to get back to it's roots. But to answer your question I would say that early america came the closest in the purification of it's markets. But, even it did not go as far as it could.
