is this a "ron paul for president" board?

The guy has some good ideas, people, but he doesn't have a ghost of a chance at winning. That's reality! All this other stuff doesn't amount to a hill of beans if he can't win. So much energy, so little pay-off. This is a dead investment, pull your money out before you lose it all. Remember Ross Perot? Ron Paul is a great guy, level-headed, maybe in a different time in history...but he can't win. I'm sorry to break the news to you.

America is now a "victim state". People want to be taken care of. They don't want to pursue their dreams without a security blanket. Ron Paul is big into personal freedom, America isn't. That's what decades of public schooling has produced...and now we all have to live with the fact. When you have 50% of all America with low-to-average-at-best critical thinking ability, you have a recipe for disaster. America isn't a traditional "melting pot" anymore...it's a big pot of soup that was hastily prepared without a recipe book. Ingredients, some good some bad, were thrown into the mix from all directions without any oversight. It's soup alright, but do you really want a taste? I don't. I'm a big conservative capitalist, but I really believe that Hillary is the punishment we need right now. Americans need to know what bad leadership is, need to feel the pain. They need to pay some more taxes. They need to wait in lines for healthcare. They need to be pushed around by lesser foes. The pain of incompetence. The pain of limitless ambition/limited real talent. Republicans in the race are weak. I can admit it. They aren't worthy of my vote. Fred Thompson is a waste of time. Mitt is a mixed-bag. Rudi has some major flaws. McCain is feast or famine. Huckabee isn't national. Ron Paul can't win.

Rudi is going to win this nomination vs. Hillary. Rudi is the ONLY candidate that COULD beat Hillary. Could, but won't. America, the unfortunate way it is, will elect a total fool (Hillary) and we will witness some hardships because of it. We just don't learn from past mistakes. Four years of Hillary might just get the point through to some of America's idiots! Maybe.
