Funny you should say that ;) all things being equal the first diet is much healthier with less chemicals etc but its still lacking...no veg, too acidic and too high in phosphorous and would put stress on your kidneys. I'm not suggesting good health ONLY depends on the ratio of acid v alkaline foods eaten.
