Hi. Regarding before-and-after hair testing for mercury. Generally, mercury doesn't show up in the hair. Mercury spends a bit of time in the blood, then heads straight for your tissues (brain, liver, etc.) Testing for mercury is unfortunately more complicated than that and needs to be done with the help of a medical practitioner. My understanding is that by the time mercury shows up in your hair, your body is completely saturated with it.
