Well said wintergreen ! I couldnt agree more! The alkalize or die hype flies again the grain of much scientific evidence! Many pathogens thrive in an alkiline pH and the colon should be acid to deal with these pathogens! Balance of pH has been the model of the past that should be promoted not the hype from a few books recently dumped on the public!
