I understand about the risks for breakouts from detoxing with iodine. One of my goals is definately to clear my skin of course, but my overall goal is the feel good and truly detoxify my body and attain a higher level of health, so its ok with me if while detoxing I get some extra breakouts. Its the light at the end of the tunnel I set my sights on.

Actually Ive been discovering that Im 99% sure that demodex mite irritation is one of the major causes of my acne. Im treating that, and having results. Its the same thing, killing the mites causes breakouts, but its the light at the end of the tunnel, once again.

It just seems Iodine has helped so many people with such a wide range of issues. I must try it for myself. But I think you are right, maybe its too much on my body while in the middle of a parasite cleanse.

And no Im not doing the salt loading thing, I havent figured out what it is yet or how to do it. I will read the FAQ's. I already have done a lot of searches and read a lot of peoples posts about doing salt loading, but havent yet read one that tells exactly what it does and how to do it.
