Transit time

Transit time is relative to the person. What is important is that the stool is formed, compact, not dry and without odor.

Remember, basics are for new people to learn how to start. Not for veterans who already have their protocol down.

And I would say a lot of the newbies on Curezone, and this forum, have sluggish digestion. We do not come to health problems with good digestion. Death begins in the colon. I urge you to google this last sentence.

I am finished discussing this, as it seems to be a debate now. You, a strong woman, see things from your perspective. I, a strong woman, see things from mine. I will agree to disagree with you, but want to drop the matter. Please refer to my earlier message.
