I put it in the FAQs already. I realized as I was typing it that we needed something like this.

Regarding 3 BMs per day, believe me that is important to detox. And it is the best way to insure that detox symptoms are kept down. The people that disagree with 3 BMs per day are like me when I first heard it - I thought it was ludicrous. However, now having 3 BMs per day, sometimes 4, I see why it is important. As you know I am taking really high doses, and my detox is quite manageable.

You know how babies are, eat then poop, eat then poop, eat then poop. I have found that is really how it should be. I just had an aunt who had 23 pounds of impaction removed, just two weeks ago. Her doctor had told her not to worry if she didn't have a bowel movement every day

And one bowel movement per day might be adequate, not optimal, but adequate if one is not detoxing, or just wants to maintain the status quo. I have helped a lot of people start of Iodine now, and I always start them out very slowly, with these basics. These are people who have never had more than one bowel movemenet per day unless they had diarrhea.

If you have never had three bowel movements per day, I urge you to up your magnesium and probiotics until you do. You will be amazed how easy it is to do and how "constipated" you feel when you do not have your regular three bowel movements per day.

If people don't want to try it, they won't. Just like they don't try the salt loading because they don't want to. I think it is good information and should stay in.
