You're turning it into a debate by your refusal to see my point.
I urge you to google this:
"absorption of nutrients happens within the small intestine."
and artificially speeding up transit time impedes that absorption.
I very much appreciate all the work you put into this forum, you're very knowledgable and helpful.
I don't care for your tone. Not necessary or warranted.
