Well. The Sea Salt I was using is called "Baleine". It's a french salt, and it says it's just evaporated out of the water and then washed in more sea water.

The only ingredient it lists is "Sea Salt", nothing else.

I guess I'll go by Whole Foods and try and find Celtic Sea Salt and see if it's different.
