Wow. So today I've been having strange mental disturbances.

I changed from one pill every 4 hours, to the two twice per day recommended.

Doubt that's significant.

I've had social phobic/anxiety problems for a while now and have always suspected they were due to my metabolic problems.

I had a severe case of it this morning, then literally turned into to severe rage and I started yelling because my roommates got up at the same time as me and I didn't want to be disturbed, then 10 minutes later it calmed down, I got a rush of energy and got alot done.

Then just a few min. ago the anxiety came back.

This is strange. I'm guessing this is due to a big detoxfication going on.

I'm going to push through with the Iodine. This could be the proof it's really working. I've already had a bowel movement twice today which is way more than normal. (Sorry to get gross there...)

My BBT hasn't changed much though. It was 96.8 this morning. My hands are still cold.
