Re: Overdosing

Yeah, that makes alot of sense to me.

Personally I'm doing this because my metabolism is severely messed up. I've been seriously reactive hypoglycemic for a few years and it's destroyed my body and my mind.

I didn't find out about the connection to hypothyroid until recently, and sure enough I showed all of the classical symptoms of hypothyroid. My BBT was 95.6, 96.5 and 94 the three days I took it, and my oral temperature was never above 97.7

Yesterday I felt my first warm wave....I was in the car and although my hands and feet were still cold my face got really warm all of a sudden.

This morning I slept for about 8 hours, and felt like I could sleep some more. But once I got out of bed I started doing chores and moving about like I haven't in years.

I read once somewhere, but can't remember where, that you know your body is coming in to balance when you feel like you can either sleep or run a marathon at any given moment.

My hands and feet still get cold at times though, so I'm assuming it will take a while to build up the Iodine in the body.

One thing is for sure, I've been paying really close attention to how I feel when I'm digesting food the last year or so, and I never felt any activity in my throat area at any point (food or no food). Since taking the Iodine my throat area makes noises and feels like it's pumping things out 30-45 min. after I eat and at other times when I'm stressed or active.

Thanks for the reply.
