Im sorry dear, I didnt mean to sound difficult. I just wasnt understanding what you were asking. The book is a really big ebook, its like hundreds of pages.
But basically he designs a regimen that is just about nutrition and cleansing mostly.
He recommends certain vitamins and minerals {especially zinc, lecithin, EFA's, coconut oil, a b and c vitamins, all the minerals, etc etc} and also liver flushing. There is a lot more to it than just that but thats the general overview.

You can buy the ebook online if you want but I bought it, and to be honest, there is nothing in it you cannot find just reading here on curezone. I followed his protocol and while it did seem to help my body a bit, I cant say it cured my acne. Plus he doesnt even address demodex mites much in the book. Tweet
