If you care to, you could search iodine on this forum and read MHs take on Lugol's before he ever heard of iodine therapy. He ALWAYS had a negative on taking it internally, warned that it was poisonous to breathe the fumes while making it, something that he has done!

MH doesn't sit here and run his mouth about things unread or unexperienced.

Don't know about others, but I emailed MH and asked if he'd investigate and make us a safe forum of iodine.
