If you had ever read this forum/web site, the first thing you learn is YOU DON'T TRUST ANYTHING WRITTEN. The things that make sense and can be tested as accurate with NATURE are the safest things to self-experiment with.

AGAIN, your not reading/understanding and just wreckless. Your not a person for herbs or self-experimentational methods. People must read allot of sources and make their own minds up with what they choose.
