So, why are we not foolish to believe everything You say?

Mono diets are not suggested ANYwhere in this world. How do we know that one single food consistently is NOT bad for us? Maybe not destroy us, yet how can you explain that many people over in that forum have taken higher doses and have had NO side effects whatsoever?

You have made a tincture of Iodine, that is safe (says you) because it is plant based. You will be making money off it, which is your right as an American, so is it possible you are just trying to advertise your product while debasing Lugol's, so your product moves easier?
