Just happened across a supplement that has only 10 mg of ALA per capsule. It is in combination with acetyl-carnitine, which many mercury-toxic people have done very well with.

This is basically only useful if you are already taking 2 gms of acetyl-carnitine a day, which is not appropriate for everyone.
