Boron, I am pretty sure Orelee stated that Boron is needed to get the fluoride out of bones.

I take a lot of Boron, especially after that last radiation thingy. Boron is one of the three minerals needed to combat bio warfare, see Chapter 12 of Minerals for the Genetic Code.
