ummm...that sounds interesting.
I think that the reason that the progress is slower now is that it is an older area of cystic tissue, and maybe a different kind of tissue than the initial 2 cysts. It IS resolving, just slowly. It's decreased in mass by about 2/3. An interesting phenomena I've noted recently is sparks of pain or "energy" all around my breast. This is the same pain I felt in the initial cystic area, so I know it's a sign that healing is happening.
ok, I'm going to 100 mg. How much selenium? I take 300mcg currently...
