Intake is irrelevant; SCIO has me hypothyroid with 50mg of Lugol’s daily and fluoride issues...

Regardless where the fluoride is coming from, it leaves me Iodine deficient.

Now it’s possible that my new supplement NONI just like green tea has high natural fluoride content or that fluoride bound in bone is being released, but it doesn’t really matter the end result is the same.

In a world where natural fluoride content of green tea has quadrupled I doubt there is such a thing as too much iodine.
