I thank you for your reply. I am doing all you say, for many months I have seen and only said anything when it is absolutely needed. I know both my parents did not say anything when we were right or wrong. My mom just smiled, it took me a long time to figure out that they were letting me find out for myself. I psych myself in doing exactly what you said, however, it lasts a few days and boom...one of them will bring me down with their tantrics.

I know that their diet is terrible, she feeds my son two bowls of french fries for a meal. Then they both eat chocolates and ice-cream. I have to just look at this and say nothing. I am just afraid that just due to the diet they will loose out on things in life, like my son going to a good college, enjoying other good things in life etc. TV is their focus and is also used to show who is in control. When one them is watching a show I like, I sit there to participate in their activity. Both my son and wife show identical reaction, they start changing channels to aggravate me, finally I walk, then they start watching what they were before. Childish, you may say, but hard to live with. Like I said before I have got patience.
