H2O2 amounts in bath

I have used as much as two cups of 35%. The primary difference I have noticed is that of greater energy after the bath.

The downsides of this amount is that it does and has lightened my dark brown hair, AND will keep you up at night if the bath is taken late in the evening.

It has got to be the extra oxygen. Transdermal therapy is something else... not sure how all the reactions take place with the skin, but they do. The baths are one of the greatest, healing methods here. If you learn them and play with the amounts of ingredients, based upon the bather's body weight and health need, you can seem like a miracle worker.

I will usually massage my legs, arms and shoulders while in the bath... this helps too. Perhaps skin brushing while bathing would help... gotta try that. A physician friend of mine stated to me once that it does not matter much what you massage into sore muscles, the healing touch and massage of the hands is what helps the most by stimulating lymph drainage and blood flow.

Got my wife hooked on these baths a few times a week and she does little else.
