Initially after surgery I was to have 63 grams of protein each day. That was 6 years ago. My RNY is messed up - a surgical error causing me to have many problems with digestion - in short, I don't. So, in order to get in that much fruit/vegs - which I like the idea of - I would need to probably have only extremely high protein shakes or something?
Answer: If I am understanding you properly, you do not have a stomach to amount to anything, because of surgery?
In this case, it would seem that you may need to have a constant Diet thru-out the day of easily Digestible foods, which have been pre-digested or broken down like in a Blender etc ?
