ML states to start with 1.5 ounces of 35% in a bath... that is where I would start. I think I started with about 2 ounces.

I would use caution with 35% as you do not want to get this directly on you; it burns.

1 cup of 35% H2O2 is what I now use in a full bath, but I have been doing them for quite a while.

Again, use caution when handling the 35%.
