Re: Martial Law

thanks for that "been there.."
(((( ..."peaceful coexistence"/"live and let live" love ))))
it's so simple, too simple by half in an ideal world.
i have that within my immediate family, love, trust and respect for each other. if i move to the extended family (brothers and sisters) then it begins to wilt because their relationship with others threw shadows over the love that we once shared. i have no answer for why that happened, but it did unfortunately.
i have learnt from that, for if i expect a loving relationship outside of the family parameters it would be illogical, but that certainly does not change who or what i am, or my family for that matter.
that post you just sent points out much of what most of us think. i stopped looking for what was not there some years ago after a broken marriage, my ideals then were trampled firmly into the ground.
yes the wolf-pack roams, the losers in society that spend most of their time trying to muff everything that's good around them. their lack of self-respect and respect for others is their cross to bear, not mine.
"been there..." it must be very hard to be a good christian, very testing.
