Yeah, it's Urban Legend for people who don't have a life.

I live in New York, three miles from Citibank headquarters. I never heard ANY commotion about such a story as this. Some websites want to believe it's true, some call it a spoof, some a rumor, but nothing from network news.

It is a VERY long story with LOTS of capitals designed to get attention. The poster has a total of THREE posts at Curezone that are ALL very long (sensationalism?).

It AMAZED me the first time I understood that there are actually people that get joy out of lying (how pathetic, shell of a person).
