well, i certainly applaud you sticking with the diet since you're not losing weight. it will be worth it for you to find the perfect balance of calories, carbs and fat that you do lose alot of weight. i wonder if you are in ketosis?
i started the kekwick today. i had been wanting to do it, but wasn't able due to a death in the family and i figured i needed my energy to drive 8 hours with my 3 daughters. i'm using fitday to keep track of my ratios/rations. i ate laughing cow cheese this morning since i hadn't yet bought my cream cheese. i'm looking forward to my avocados ripening for that yummy tuna salad! mmm mmm good.
