Fonty, hopefully you have thread notification. Very interesting to read up on your experience with dry fasting. Did you go on a fast to cure any serious condition or for the general toning up? I'm also very curious as to the name of the doctor you mentioned. I can't find any book on dry fasting so this would be of utmost interest to me. Thank you for your post!
