Re: Dry fast

Thanks for your great information on dry fasting. It made me feel really good to read it. I experience the sensation of heat when fasting, too. I instinctively dry fast somewhat but do drink water. I am struggling to learn to fast long-term (several days or more) to alkalize my colon and (thus) heal my food addiction (and my life). Please e-mail me if you would like to.
