Hi, I am almost a year now in my regime controlling my MRSA. I never took any
Antibiotics . I use all natural things, especially homemade kefir, which has massive amounts of good bacteria, and a little turmeric. I became a vegetarian because the heme iron in meats causes MRSA bacteria to rage up out of control. NON heme iron is in veggies, such as lentils, dried beans, blackstrap molasses.
Be careful that your daily vitamin does not contain iron. Get all your iron from vegetables. Combine some lemon or lime juice to help your body process the NONheme iron.
I sip kefir all day long with a small amount of turmeric added to it. This keeps my skin clear. In the beginning, I had literally hundreds of boils on my legs and feet and I had bad red swellings, and large boils on my face.
Write to me anytime. If you looked at me now, you would never guess I have MRSA. But I do. And I know exactly the pain, the scarring, the despair and fear you have when you get MRSA. I went through it all, maybe worse than some other people. My strain is hideous but under tight control now, thanks to my regime.
