My Migraines were Caused by Estrogen

People that have migraine headaches are like canaries in the mine. They are the way showers. It is important for everyone to avoid the toxic chemicals that make them sick.

Migraine headaches are often caused by xeno-estrogens and estrogens. The worst culprit is Mono Sodium Glutamate. Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) is a natural by-product in the fermentation process of soy sauce that contains wheat. Wheat free soy sauce does not contain MSG. It is the only safe soy sauce for migraine sufferers.

Birth control pills will also give you migraines. And so will bromelain, perfumes with synthetic odor molecules, hair dye, many petrochemical products, and estrogenic herbs that are supposed to help menopause. Herbs with phyto-progesterone should be used instead.

Many canned foods contain MSG. Especially soups. Read the labels on cans before eating canned food. Restaurant food frequently contains MSG. You have to ask. And you can't always trust them to know for sure. They may not add Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) to the food and say "NO, we don't use MSG." But then you eat the soup and get a headache, and you know they were serving canned soup, but they didn't read the label.

The same chemicals that cause migraines are also polluting our environment, lowering sperm counts, decreasing penis size in males of all species, and causing cancer in second and third generation children born of women who are exposed during pregnancy. Even if you don't have migraines, it's important to minimize your contact with the hormonal substances that cause them in the people who do.

If you want to eliminate migraines, do not eat anything that has mono-sodium glutamate in it. Do not wear perfume. If you are seated next to someone wearing perfume on an airplane, or in church, move. This will help you to eliminate the majority of your migraine headaches. It can also help to wash your hair daily, as natural estrogen can build up on your scalp if you don't. If you eliminate your exposure to estrogens, phyto-estrogens, and xeno-estrogens, your migraines will go away, and never return.

If you are not interested in learning what foods, chemicals and perfumes you must avoid, the herb Feverfew helps to keep migraine headaches to a minimum. You must take it every day as a preventive, in order for it to work. You can't just pop a pill when your head is hurting and get rid of a migraine. It takes about two weeks for the chemicals in Feverfew to saturate your system and begin acting as a prophylactic. Then, if you are exposed to something that normally triggers your headaches, you may not get one at all. And if you do, it will be very mild.

I do not recommend using Feverfew on a long term basis to enable you to continue wearing perfume and eating Chinese food, however, even though it works. It is better to eliminate contact with the chemicals that cause migraines, because estrogenic contamination on a long term basis causes cancer, damages the heart and affects the health and fertility of future generations.

I use to have migraines. I used feverfew for a long time to control them. When I learned that they are triggered by estrogenic chemicals, I stopped taking Feverfew and started eliminating my exposure to estrogens. Exposure to estrogens was also causing me to have an irregular heartbeat.

If I were you, I would eliminate my exposure to estrogens, and continue with the iodine.
