It's no wonder that your daughter is taking antidepressants considering the number of ads on TV every day promoting them.Like most prescription drugs , antidepressants have little or no theraputic effect and many side effects.Antidepressants bring billions of dollars to drug companies and that's why they're on the market.

Has she read Huxley's Brave New World where people are contolled by giving them the drug "soma"?Is feeling nothing better than feeling bad?I hope she stops before any permanant damage occurs.

When one considers how complex the brain is , giving people a drug to improve it is like taking a brand new ferrari and shooting it with a machine gun thinking it will run better or putting a Van Gogh through a paper shreder in the hope that it will be improved. Tweet
