Lose of control...help

I am 22 years old and was a cutter through out all of high school and freshman year of college. I have not cut in about 4 years but last night the guy I have been in love with my entire life told me he has his first girlfriend in over 6 years. We have been so close and know everything about each other, he has known me since I was born. I love with all of my heart but I just don't know what to do. I am having a very hard time not going back to cutting right now. I just want this pain to go away and I know that would help. I am losing complete control of these feelings and I am really starting to not be able to handle it. Tweet
