Re: Why have any iodine forums?
I like having a designated forum for iodine
specifically because it does highlight that
it is something which is not to be taken as
lightly as many other minerals.
I have what I call liquid dirt...minerals in
a liquid form and I can suck a couple of ounces
down easy as pie. I feel comfortable that I am
not in danger of overdosing or precipitating a
detox overload. On the other hand,
Iodine has
kicked my butt and the detox symptoms have a
wide range and there is not a one size fits
all attitude which is recommended when supping
with the iodine.
Let me try this analogy...
The support forum is for people wanting to learn
to bungee jump...
The supplementation forum is for those wanting to
learn to bungee jump and do tricks...
The debate forum is for those who think that
there is more to bungee jumping than meets the eye...
and the V forum is for the bungee jumpers to meet
and discuss their escapades and to inspire others
to consider pushing through their fears...
Each is a little different and between the four
options, the
Webmaster has been able to please
the most people.
How are things over at the Mineral Forum??
blessings,
Zoe
