Re: Why have any iodine forums?

Isn't Iodine a halogen as part of the periodic table? I didn't think it was a mineral. Anyway I think that some people around here are looking for an inexpensive cure all and that is one reason why there are so many Iodine forums. I am sure it has helped some people and harmed others. It all depends on their body chemistry. As someone else on another forum likes to state, "It is that simple." Body chemistry is not that simple. I like the idea of ((everything should be in balance)) and that means there may be over sixty trace minerals your body can use. I am sure it wouldn't hurt if your nutrition is organically bound. I would probably be better if it is.
