thanks Zoe! I'm glad I hadn't known it's been in there this whole time! But, I'm really glad to have it, and it's head OUT of me! I'm also really glad I followed through with the enema because it cleaned out a lot more of it!

I also started the Clark mop up yesterday- with the ozonated olive oil and L-Cysteine, which is supposed to help kill the tough ones and eggs, but also help get the toxins they secrete out!
