You might have to copy it over to support and R it, there does not seem to be a whole lot of Ring going on and what little recent there is in here does not look particularly pro to me.

Probably the best thing about the iodine is reading testimonies from people like glax and hopsino, folks whose 'stories' you sort of follow sympathetically (while feeling guilty for ever complaining about ANYTHING) and seeing such an amazing spike in healing occur with the addition of this protocol.
