You know what. I eat alot of ezekiel bread. its great and it is flourless. The cinnamon/rasin is awesome. Just toast it and its great. Mix it with some fruit and a meat sibstitute or meat of some sort. Like Fat Free Cottage Cheese, Soy Beans, Eggs etc/ Plus make sure you have some fat like nuts or olive oil. Only about a tbsp. This is a balanced breakfast.
