I´m just wondering, is it ok to eat oats? In the list it´s marked with "an". Does that mean avoid/natural...?
Does someone have any tips for breakfasts? Is there any porridge you can make without milk or any of the "forbidden" foods?
I really think the mornings are the worst when it comes to this diet. You can always make something for dinner if you can use rice, beans, fish...
I would really like to try this diet but my whole family is looking at me as if I was "koko" as we say in Sweden (crazy). I get so jealous when I reed "me and my son is trying this diet..." or "this has worked for my wole family". I´m sorry, now I´m just getting on about my fealings. Just had to get some of them out...:) I really like this forum!!
