I mean, for example, garlic is considered anti-fungal, as well as oil of oregano, olive leaf extract, and iodine. I wonder if they would also work against mold in the body.

I agree that, if I thought I had a mold infestation, I would quickly visit a doctor. I wonder, though, how I would know it. It seems similar to fungi. Even then, if I had some overwhelming symptom, I would see a doctor. Not that I would trust them to diagnose it properly. The last sinus infection, I had, culminated in antibiotic therapy. No blood test. Just listening to my personal speculation. I don't visit doctors often; so I obviously don't know how to interview them.

I'm not really good at personal diagnosis anyway, more like speculation. My field, now retired, is in computer science. So, I speculate that I have problem based upon common symptoms of that problem. Then I try different alt med protocols. I call this a shotgun approach. I believe that's what most people on curezone are doing. I am now convinced that I have some fungus infection (lifelong), rather than bacterial, causing symptoms very similar to leaky gut. I've already performed parasite cleanses. I'm shooting at anything that moves. I hope I'm not shooting at anything that is trying to help or is good for me. Collateral damage.

When I run out of protocols, that I'm willing to do, I'll try to find professional support.
