Re: Do you even read what is being said??
Well, I tried to get through to her. Didn't work. Too bad, she seems like a nice girl. She's not that far off on most things. Just hasn't made the connection between all the bad stuff and who causes it.
If the bankers hadn't been in charge she would have received all kinds of help.
I've always tried to be of help whenever I can. I do know what its like to live in poverty. Living on chile, hot dogs and pizza. When I was living in Iowa I got a letter from the State one year saying I qualified for assistance because I made so little money the previous year. I declined.
Also could have gotten a disabilty for being sick all those years but didn't like what it was doing to my head. Don't need to be paid to be sick. I declined and finished off the effects of the war within a year and a half.
Yet, I have a sister who was shot by a 30.06 through both feet when she was 16 years old. She finally got a disability for it when I insisted. The biggest reason I insisted is because I did indeed fight for my country and I do believe there should be a safty net for such things.
Life ain't easy and bad stuff happens. If the bankers hadn't been running the show since 1913 there would be plenty of legitimate help programs availale. And very little red tape about it either.
Did you get that post I put up about how the vets are getting screwed again? More of the same.
Anyway, Pauls our only hope unless the bankers see that they simply can't get away with it anymore and start backing off so they don't lose the whole show. They'll lose it all eventually but they can probably manage to hang on for a few years and kinda slide out the back door.
Thnks for your posts. I wish her well.... Doc Sutter
