From the way I understood it though, he doesn't recommend that it be taken internally, right? Just use castor oil packs? I will try the light skin brushing too.
I had never before heard of oil pulling/swishing, and out of curiousity I wanted to see what it was. I see that you have been experimenting with castor oil for that too?
I'm learning something new every minute in these forums. I'm now wondering if I swish oil in my mouth, if it will help cure my gum disease. (And, like you said earlier, along with getting the liver/colon detoxified, and deworming) I am very interested now in getting a water pik, that was why the hygienist told me that if the gums around the wisdom teeth are still infected, with pockets in 6 weeks after these 2, 2 hour sessions of deep cleaning, that she feels the teeth should be pulled. She told me that the wisdom teeth are so far back there that she had trouble getting to them to clean them, and didn't think there was any way I could effectively brush/floss to keep them from being a problem, and causing gum inflammation that will keep affecting the other teeth.
