Thank you Azurite. I admit I have a lot to learn, and sincerely appreciate the advice. I have never had to have root canals, thankfully, but the peridontalist told me that the wisdom teeth are going to have to come out, or they are going to continue to affect the gums and the other teeth.

I have actually been doing a few of the things you mentioned- A Chiro/Chinese Med Dr. put me on a liver/gall bladder Nano detox, one is mainly Gold Coin, and the other is mainly Turmeric. I don't know how much Cod Liver Oil I need to be taking, but I have been taking capsules daily, but have wondered if the liquid would be preferrable to the capsules (?), and how much would be recommended daily.

I just started the Barefoot dewormer 4 days ago, and have had alot of success with it- MAN, am I GLAD to be getting the monster parasites out. I'm amazed at what has been living in me, probably for years and years.

I had done several liver flushes, expelling alot of stones, prior to deworming- which I now know is not recommended, and not a good thing to have done, but I will definetly be doing more flushes.

It's all been a step-by-step learning process, and I'm just a baby in what I have learned, but I definetly agree that all the body processes/health are dependant upon one another. I'm thankful that I found this forum, Dr Sutter, Barefoot, and people like yourself that have the knowledge, and the experience. I am determined to be healthy, whatever it takes.
