Frozen fruits/berries and vegetables in food stores, are better than fresh---fresh is being eaten by bacteria, have spiders, bugs, eggs, etc. and to exit and import requires lots of sterilization-----as they all "rot" and coughed on, sneezed and touched by "people"---while fresh frozen, should always be ripe and not require chemicals to be exported and imported.
There is no comparison.......

"their" goal is to ship all fresh foods by high speed trains country to country---they are already doing it and plans for world wide shipping, mostly "underground" and no use the slow ships. Does not make much sense---but the world never does. NO MATTER how fast they ship-it comes with added chemicals---picked immature and often from countries that were spread with depleted uranium, etc.
BEST is grow your own.

Frozen by large commercial companies that have the ability to package same day...those using high pressure to sterilize juices are good--cooking always depletes foods.
More and more companies are now sending fresh picked berries---frozen, using dry ice. Miraculous times for people that play the $$ game wisely---when ever you find something you really really like and it can be preserved for many years in a freezer, etc..try to buy lifetime supplies-----freeze dried foods/supplements can be amazing depending on what they are...
FOOD is a lifetime struggle, especially for children under age 6.
Living where it never gets colder than 65 degrees and in the tropics with plentiful rain---can be paradise with an ocean is out front and you have mountains behind you---FLAT GROUND / SAND COUNTRIES not an option. Oceans should have endless easy foods---in the poorest places on earth, if they have the ocean in their back yard----they have endless easy food swimming everywhere...Those areas can raise the most delicious foods/fruits on the planet, so great you would forget about the fishes...but a nice Swordfish steak is hard to turn down..
many great drs that explain fruits and berries best, will insist on all the amino acids and include clean fish, clean meats, milk, butters, etc.. normally always because people start out ill and have not been raised on all the colorful fruits and berries-----so the meats/dairy get included by those drs---but a dead cow, dead pig comes with lots of issues--mostly they have 1 color, not a good color, no vibrational life, nor can they have real vitamins once they have been "cooked'.

Fruits and berries chewed properly in the mouth---stay only a few minutes in the stomach and can easily be used and expelled in just minutes...exhaled out the mouth/nose and through the skin........while meats? They set in the stomach, set in the gut, force the liver to work hard and if the meats stink on the way out---they stayed in the body way too long..
EVERY HERB when liquefied as an essential oil, tincture, etc. eventually takes on a beautiful color or time.. COLOR has allot to do with foods.........---
Humans LOVE Greens / Blues just for the fact of GRASS/TREES and SKY--- those in cement homes, glued to color tvs, closed blinds; they are missing lots of the natural FOODS via COLOR.
All colors manipulates the mind---what you see, stimulates the brain for the good or not so good.
