winter

This is starting to be an old fashion winter----in my area, the teens; but relief coming soon- that is what the jets do...with out the jets, it would be zero and -20+ come January......if they save the 2 trillion $$ they are saying---and shut the weather jets down after 75 years, the usa will return to a frozen dust bowel--like it was 80+ years ago....back to the long, frozen winters...and the snow (humans) birds of Canada all flock to Florida..

The ice is hard on the deer, the ice came fast this year and the young deer not learn fast enough and now, young deer running from hunters step onto frozen ponds and discover they can never stand up again...doomed to freeze on the ice....if ice came slow, they would walk out of it..but when it comes hard over night and the young ones have no experience with frozen water--a few learn the hard way...coyote food.
