    as for copper, i usually get what i can on the shelf to go with my zinc. ten zinc to one copper. i usually take 60mg of zinc but you can easily double that if need be.

    I had this problem as well. Probiotics & Fiber supplement helped considerably. I stumbled across this guy's site (feelgoodthrills dot com) and stools went back to normal. Seemed to be the problem was candida or some gut infection but his advice worked.
