Do I have a copper deficiency?

Due to taking 15mg zinc aday for a few years I was concerned I may have induced a copper deficiency so I got tested with these results;

Copper - Serum: 14.1 umol/L (range 11.0 - 22.0)

Ceruloplasmin: 0.18 g/L (range 0.15 - 0.30)

Am I low in Copper? Should I start supplementing with a chelated copper supplement? (Ive since dropped the zinc) but now my Acne is playing up again.
