A wonderful treat while juice fasting is a coconut--they sale 3 that are peeled and boxed with 3 bamboo straw at sams for about $10
They are sweet and yummy
FACT, years ago a retreat for the elderly was a 2 year stay on an island that the only food was your coconuts---they gave you x amount of trees as your food and that was all for 2 years----they said the problem was that the people did not want to leave paradise.

That is the first Book he wrote---his best, but his last he explains the GOD CURE and many others explain as well, but he explained how and promised to write much more but was dead shortly afterwards....same with Dr. Cass Ingram, he published the forbidden book and was found dead much after that....
Many of the great dr and herbal drs dating back 100 years--somewhat understood the God Cure..the Far east books almost always dance around the subject and explain people that can travel at the speed of light and never die---but say they will die in the end---while others want to believe they are gods...
Pastor Hoteama wrote 50+ books, until someone has read them all and gotten all the books he suggest---they really have not read much-------The Dr. Hay Way book you can tell he "believed" and his book can lead to the number 108
I do not believe any human today can truly explain the number 108, who they are and why they have helped people on earth for about forever..
books will find you--that is what the real medical authors believed--they wrote them for the future.

My SO (Japanese) mostly uses olive oil [made for cooking & grilling] to do most all her cooking with. Olive oil is not a seed oil. Sometimes she puts a dash (very small amount) of sesame oil in just to add a bit of flavor to some of her dishes. Never have been into canola, or other oils. And had long stopped eating out at fast-food places. I think that is where most everyone has to just stop doing. They will use the cheapest oils to produce their products.

Back when they made people stay home, not go to work---they had also built crematories outside of american towns..
Often a normal state before that had 1 or 2 crematories.
When they implemented their scam--those country crematories were blowing smoke 24 hours every day---sometimes dead people had to weight a month in line to get turned into ash.
American born people often owned their house, owned several cars, a truck, etc.....my guess is that millions upon millions went up in smoke by organized design---millions! Millions of babies were miscarriage (poisoned). Millions more if they are born, are not thriving.
Every city I enter from the far North, to the far South is proof--those natives are gone--every commercil factor is proof, they are "all" gone....all of them!
Every hotel I enter is proof, they are gone!
North America for maybe 12,000 years has been at war as each invasion kills the natives----

China tv brags and shows they already met the 2050 quota. 80% of their land returned to the wild--people free. China ships to the moon every month---china shows their huge earth boring machines that is connecting all countries to each other and Japan shows they have high speed trains traveling at 600MPH between countries------while the USA corrupt news since 1895 never exposes chem jets and the millions that live underground and call their slaves on top; their: PASTURED SLAVES.
The great reset was to finish the world war 1 goal--kill all the people that own and create a slave world that rents from the organized and their goal since 1992 has been that those slaves have no need to exist after age 40--they want their babies and after age 40, they serve no further purpose.
Only The History channel and Nat Geo as well has USA TODAY newspaper long ago--explain that for 40 years---the reset was to obtain their children and today they proudly say we take 100,000 of the children every year--never to be seen again and surely millions of babies.....only a few organizations and underground websites try to explain what happens in the 3 california labs and where the finished product (soylent green) ends up and what consumes it....
Much could be lies, the organized world lies 24/7 to their slaves----but in the past 8 years---the USA was conquered and those that did it, set up every city, every town up for a civil war of 80+ different races with millions of guns and tons of ammo--- all my design!

With orange juice fasting 1 thing is clear-----the bpdy wantsd rid of the "WATER", people will pee CLEAR WATER equal to how much orange juice they drink--
in a perfect world---all the TRUE WATER the body requires comes in the air we breathe..
People that "HOLD" WATER---we call FAT.
FAT CANCER people are given 1 water pill by medical and they will pee out 45-75# of water from just 1 PILL----
WATER FAT is a problem with too much SALT and no POTASSIUM from what little I know--that and their arteries have thousands of tiny holes and the arteries act like filters and push the water out into the flesh....
If I am not orange juice fasting, I never expel orange color as a result of drinking allot of carrot juice---only when fasting and that suggest to me--my body does not want carrot juice at all, not even the color.
EVERYONE different, if you always expel the color of your orange juice---then your body does not want it I would have to assume.
